The way a .MOV file works is in a multi-track format. These tracks Are Audio, Video, and Text (subtitles, titles). The reason for this is it makes each track interchangeable (in other words, the video editable in such ways as swapping audio tracks, and editing the video but not audio) only in Quicktime. This way, you are better convinced to purchase the Pro Version of Quicktime, where this can be easily performed.
